Pricing questions

Everything you need to know before ordering.

Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. Domain registration (if needed) is £20/yr and shown separately during your quote. Hosting is free for year one, then £250/yr if you continue with us — completely optional.
What if I need more revisions?
Each plan includes at least one full revision round before launch. Additional revision rounds after that are charged at £75/hr. In practice, because we capture your brief in detail upfront, extra revisions are rare.
Can I add features after launch?
Yes — any add-on can be added post-launch at the same price. Content updates, new pages and technical changes are quoted per-hour at £75/hr. Our maintenance plan covers minor content changes monthly.
Do you offer payment plans?
For Standard and above, we offer a 50/50 split: 50% to start, 50% on delivery. Contact us to arrange this before ordering. Express and Emergency builds require payment in full upfront.
What's your refund policy?
We offer pro-rata refunds depending on build stage: 75% if cancelled within 24 hours of ordering, 50% before first preview, 25% before final sign-off. No refund after sign-off. Full details on our refund policy page.
What counts as an "emergency" build?
An Emergency build is for genuinely time-critical situations: press coverage going live, an event happening within 48 hours, or a commercial deal that requires a live site immediately. Please call us before ordering to confirm a slot is available.
